Author Michelle Houts will be on hand to talk about legendary hiker Emma “Grandma” Gatewood and to sign copies of her picture book, When Grandma Gatewood Took a Hike.  Published by Ohio University  Press, the book tells the story of how a petite grandmother from Ohio became the first woman to through-hike the AT alone.
